Welcome back everybody! As we are closing in on the all star break, I hope you are sitting in a great spot in your season long leagues. We have our rankings shaken up again with new teams to target. And I have come up with a successful dfs strategy I have been implementing the past week. I will go over this at the end of this article. Before I get started, I just want to remind you to check out DSE’s dynasty baseball leagues. I’m currently in D37, and we are waiting on a few more to join before we kick or draft off. Now let’s dig into these rankings!

Takeaways:
So we have a couple of huge pieces of information to take away from this that will win you your week as well as in DFS. The first thing is to attack Houston at the guard position! Especially while Victor Oladipo is out. And speaking of which, he may be getting traded very soon because he turned down his max 2-year deal. But right now, both point guards and shooting guards are feating on the Rockets over the past seven days. Looking down to the power forward, Houston has also been getting beat up by them too. This screams out game stacking for DFS purposes. You take the PG, SG, and SF from the team; they are playing. And then run it back with two players on the Rockets.
The next big takeaway is the Minnesota Timberwolves have cracked the top 5 in 3 of the 5 positions. And what sticks out even more to me is that they are top 5 for the toughest against point guards. This makes stacking against them much easier because you take the point guard out of the equation. So you will look to play the SG, SF, and PF against them. And just like the Rockets, you now have a game stack where you will run it back with 2 Timberwolves.
The Spurs have been great against the shooting guards and power forwards but are terrible against point guards and small forwards. So once again, this really points to what players to target this team with. And it makes for another game stack.
Now, I continue to really highlight these teams you can game stack. It’s even better when teams are both top 5 for and against positions. This is because it really narrows down the players to attack the team with. This leads to my DFS strategy I have been using the last week. I profited 5 out of the last 7 days using this. What I do is reserve a 3 entry max tournament. I check out the Vegas point totals and these rankings to find 3 games to target with game stacks. Once I find the games I want to target, I’ll play a total of 4-6 players from that game. Then I’ll fill the rest out with one-offs. My one-offs usually consist of a value chalk play or a player that gets an uptick in usage due to an injury.

Good luck this week!
